We have introduced a new healthcare initiative under project RIHAN for elderly women and men in the Shirur taluka. As part of this, we had arranged for all elderly individuals above sixty years to visit the LG Center, where they received free medical check-ups, guidance, medication, and various examinations from different villages. We made transportation arrangements for them to reach the center and facilitated the process. We conducted bone density tests, calcium tests, general health check-ups, and provided free medication as part of their examinations. Additionally, we also gave them a small but meaningful gift during their visit.
