Job Overview:

The Manager – Donor Relations & Partnerships will be responsible for strengthening fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Sweetlings Diabetes Program. The role involves building and nurturing strategic partnerships with donors, CSR partners, and foundations, while ensuring transparency, compliance, and effective communication of program impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing donors and strategic partners

• Identify and engage new donors, including individual donors, CSR partners, and foundations

• Support proposal development, grant writing, and fundraising initiatives

• Coordinate donor reporting, fund utilization tracking, and documentation

• Maintain and update donor databases and funding pipelines

• Organize and support donor meetings, program reviews, and site visits

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear and compelling impact reports and narratives

• Work towards achieving defined annual fundraising targets aligned with program goals

• Ensure compliance with all donor reporting, audit, and funding requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in donor relations, fundraising, or partnerships within the social sector

• Experience in healthcare or child health programs will be an added advantage

• Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, audits, and compliance processes

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and relationship-driven approach
